Digital Retail: How can retailers develop sustainability and competitiveness in the post-pandemic retail landscape?

Thursday 30 September 2021

Covid-19 significantly accelerated digital transformation in the retail industry. The changes that were observed during the critical periods of Covid-19 were on average an acceleration of 5-10 years of normal times. Many of these changes are here to stay but some might be reverted. As now we are hopefully moving towards post-Covid retailing, businesses need to assess which digital innovations will help them sustain and grow and how these innovations need to be naturally engraved in the existing business models. In this webinar the Innovation Value Institute and Enterprise Ireland are bringing experts together to discuss what is next for digital retail as we are moving out of lockdowns and restrictions. Will the pace of acceleration stay the same or slow down and more importantly what can retailers do to keep themselves relevant for the future?
