Dr. Rajibul Hasan recently published an article titled Smart mirror fashion technology for the retail chain transformation in Technological Forecasting & Social Change Journal.

This article explored how the service quality of brick-and-mortar clothing retail chains can be improved using innovative technologies such as smart mirror fashion technology.

This research utilized a qualitative research approach with Soft System Methodology, based upon interviews triangulated with observations and field notes. This study demonstrated that there is a positive relationship between service quality, customer satisfaction, and the use of smart mirror fashion technology. The contribution of this research lies in the development of a new framework that integrates Smart mirror fashion technology with traditional in-store transaction processes, resulting in improvements in service delivery and managerial practices of the offline clothing retail service providers.
