Dr Gültekin Cakir from IVI has presented the “Logistics-CMF” – a Logistics and SCM-Focused Capability Maturity Model for companies, which is an international collaborative initiative between the Innovation Value Institute, Vallée, Unger & Partner GmbH (Germany), Münster School of Business (Germany), and the BVL – Bundesvereinigung Logistik (Germany), at The National Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition 2023 in the RDS Simmonscourt, Dublin on May 23rd and 24th 2023
The project was motivated by the current challenges, megatrends, and the prevalent digital transformation of the global SCM & Logistics sector. The project introduces a Logistics and SCM-Focused Capability Maturity Model for organisations that will allow them to identify and improve their current state of maturity in SCM and logistics capabilities and support them in being future-ready, sustainable, and innovative digital SCM enterprises.“
