Join us for a focused, interactive discovery workshop at Maynooth University, where we’ll explore how artificial intelligence can enhance organisational capability frameworks for complex enterprises. This session is all about hearing your real-world experiences, surfacing the challenges you face with AI, and identifying what you need from a next-generation, AI-enabled knowledge platform.

This is a fast-paced, data-gathering workshop—not a solution-design session. Through a series of collaborative activities, we will:

AI Landscape

· Map the current realities of using AI in complex organisations
· Identify key needs, challenges, and expectations for AI use in organisations

IVI Framework

· Explore how AI/LLMs can personalise access to IVI’s IT-CMF framework, prioritising insights relevant to each user’s unique organisational challenges
· Identify the priority domains for IVI framework future development

· Empathy & Challenge Mapping: Capture your experiences with AI in complex organisation and enterprise contexts

· Focussed Problem Discovery: Participate in focused group actvities on how AI/LLMs can make the IVI framework more accessible, intuitive, and valuable

· Prioritisation: Vote on the top needs and opportunities to shape our development roadmap
