We begin the day with a networking breakfast in the historic surrounds of Pugin Hall, before stepping into a guided journey through the rich story of the campus — from its Georgian origins at Stoyte House in 1795 to the striking Gothic architecture of Pugin’s St Patrick’s. The tour includes the College Chapel, home to what are said to be the largest choir stalls in the world, along with other hidden gems across the grounds.

In the afternoon, we head into the heart of the city to explore the Dublin Liberties Distillery. There, a light lunch sets the tone for an immersive tour through the craft of Irish whiskey-making.

Afterwards, we’ll return by bus to Maynooth to wrap up the day where it began — well-fed, well-travelled, and in good company.
