Project Description:
While Artificial Intelligence (AI) models have the potential to support their users in decision-making, such as in reviewing fraud cases, those human agents lack trust in AI partners providing predictions for critical decisions. This project aims to develop a process model enabling the integration of Explainable AI methods and user requirements for a trustworthy relationship, enhancing the protection of customers from fraudulent cases in Digital Retail.
