Meeting 1: presentation of initial context and current knowledge

Meeting 2: exploration of current challenges and gaps in knowledge

Meeting 3: establishing scope and draft definition of new Critical Capability

Initial peer review by Editorial Board

Expected timeframe: six weeks

Defining what ‘good’ looks like in response to current challenges

Meeting 4: development of solutions and knowledge

Meeting 5: definition of new Capability/ies in line with template output

Second peer review by Editorial Board

Expected timeframe: four weeks

Ensuring new knowledge matches real-world practice

Validation of new Capability in practice with organisations and experts

Expected timeframe: six-eight weeks

Updating the Body of Knowledge

Final meeting: reviewing and updating where necessary in light of validation

Final review and sign-off from Editorial Board

Integration of new/updated Capability with the CMF and ATLAS

Expected timeframe: one week
