Career Highlights

Laura has worked for over 30 years’ in technology organizations, both startups and large enterprises such as Ericsson, Logica and Telefonica. She has extensive experience in successfully delivering complex programme and projects. Her particular focus has been in guiding organizations in change programmes, and agile and DevOps transformations. Laura is currently leveraging her extensive experience in IVI, collaborating with industrial partners using IT-CMF.

Research Interests

Laura is interested in organizational change and the organisational imperative for flexibility and agility. Her focus is on what it takes to empowering people to lead and own change at all levels.
